What This Circle Is
This is a high-touch, facilitated mentorship cohort designed specifically for women in executive and senior nonprofit roles. While grounded in our shared professional language, our conversations are not restricted to "work." We recognize that leadership doesn't exist in a vacuum. Participants bring what is most present—whether that is a strategic organizational pivot, a personal milestone, or a vocational transition.

The Three-Month Experience
The program includes:
- Two 90 Minutes Monthly Facilitated Circles: Deep-dive group sessions focused on collective wisdom.
- Executive "Office Hours": Direct access to 1-on-1 strategic counsel between sessions.
- The Vault: Access to proprietary leadership frameworks and strategic tools developed over two decades in the sector.
- Guest Speakers: Industry leaders invited to shared insight and guidance based on the needs of the cohort.
Investment & Application
Participation is by application only to ensure a balanced, high-level cohort.
- Program Fee: $1,500 for the 3-month cycle.
